Tourmalinated Quartz

Tourmaline in Quartz, or tourmalinised quartz, is a special type of Quartz that occurs with needle-like inclusions of black Tourmaline. It is formed when the growth of Quartz is interrupted by the intrusion of liquids and melts that carry crystalline Tourmaline particles. These are then deposited within cracks and open spaces in the Quartz.

Metaphysical properties

The crystal combines the metaphysical properties of black Tourmaline and Quartz. It protects against negative thoughts and emotions. Its dark and light sides establish equilibrium, making it an excellent tool for letting go of negative patterns.
