How to use it?


For best results, we recommend using the mat and cushion for 15 to 30 minutes daily. Wear thin or as little clothing as possible during use. Beginners are advised to use the mat on a soft surface (e.g. bed), while the more courageous with a higher pain threshold should place the mat on a hard floor. 🙂

Where can I enter my coupon code?
